If you are experiencing a breakdown of appliance here are the procedures:


1. Take photo of Brand and Model and send to: support@proreatlymanager.com

2. We will prepare a work order and send out to a preferred vendor.


If you are a unit owner, the cost of repairs are your responsibility to pay.  Be sure to ask the vendor about their fees.  There is typically a Service Call fee that is added to the repair cost.


If you are a tenant, the cost is paid by the Landlord.
