1. Send date and time of move-in, move-out
2. Get company name, phone, email and send to support@prorealtyteam.com
3. Ask Moving Company to send a Certificate of Insurance with the name of the Condo building as an Additional Named Insured.
For example for a move-in at 337 Lenox Rd. They will add 337 Lenox Road Condominium, Inc.
to their insurance certificate.
