For electrical problems inside your home, you should call a licensed Electrician.  If you do not have an electrician, we can refer one to you.


If you are a current tenant or resident there are 3 different ways to send a Word Request:


1.  Login to your resident portal and submit a work request

2.  Send your request via email to: support@prorealtyteam.com

3.  Call Customer Support at 888.230.1578 Ext. 2 and your voicemail will create a support ticket and assigned to the appropriate staff member.
